People oriented roles

Coordinator- they take traditional team-leading role and are referred as chairmen. They have good listening skills and are able to recognize value of that each member brings. Thought oriented roles

Plant is the creative innovator who invents up new ideas as well as approaches. Monitor-evaluator analyses and evaluates ideas that other people come up with before they make a decision. They are critical thinkers while specialist provides specialist skills (Belbin's Team Roles).
