This form of strategic quality management can be an important tool, if applied to production scenarios in which there are many steps to be undertaken before arriving at the final product. Its implementation will not require complex machinery, but shall apply a devotion to documentation as means of future notes comparison, hence achievement of continuous development or improvement. It is through the serious execution of this simple strategy that quality can be achieved in the long run.

In exercising the 5P’s perspective to analyze the scenario in question, the different approaches applied here are: pattern, perspective, plan, ploy and position.    Planning is the most important stage of this argument, since it is through it that brainstorming of a project’s course is defined. The fact that President Obama’s administration never took heed of the credit situation at hand shows that there was insufficient planning. With respect to the ploy, the United States government should curb competition by maintaining good relations with competitors as part of a strategy to outdo them. Technical education and the INS system should be expedited to achieve the badly needed sophistication.

The government should also embrace new pattern of behavior, in order to cater for emerging needs to provide its citizens with unmatched resources and employment. This way more taxes shall be raised to cater for the rising demands for the debt settlement. The position that the United States government is in as a world superpower should be applied as a competitive advantage, so as to develop technologically by setting up an education system that self regulates to the demands of the world market. According to Mintzberg, innovation goes hand in hand with risk taking. President Obama’s administration should not down the offer to set up an oil pipeline stretching from Canada to the United States, as this is seen as a move to hold to the old principles at a time unemployment; is at its highest owing to lack of a strong strategic setup.

Strategy is a set of prearranged plans that are targeted at achieving a certain set of goals. Goals are achievable through continuous and consistent plans under unwavering and determined leadership. The protests leading to President Mubarak’s resignation were well-planned, and were achieved because of consistency and adherence to the set models for peaceful protests. According to the 5 P’s model, it is evident that a solid plan was implemented to achieve President Mubarak’s resignation. Unlike their Syrian counterparts, who acted under euphoria, they were fuelled by the urge to achieve sudden resignation of resident Bashar al-Assad as their success objective.

Through paralyzing of the city’s administrative purpose, it was the citizens of Egypt’s ploy, as they achieved the goal of influencing the government through disruption and dissuasion instead of applying force. In overcoming the culture of impunity, the citizens of Egypt soldiered on by applying this competitive advantage to convince the government’s topmost to pull out. Citizens of Syria should, therefore, go back to the drawing board, in order to make their protests peaceful and not as bloody as they are by the first redefining their vision.

The quality of air is deteriorating by the day and as such, there arises a need to eliminate the factors that hasten this state of affair. In order to tackle the issue of strategic quality management, a scenario, whereby a state agency involved in dealing with air pollution grounds the functions of an organization emitting excess carbon, may be used to expound on environmental management, in accordance with the 5 P’s of management. To undertake such a decision, the control agency must stipulate its own agreed minimum standards that should be met by all manufacturing companies registered under its umbrella. Therefore, a database of all poison emitting manufacturers must be put in place before executing any action. The ploy is that the government agencies are at an advanced stage of influence, thus this makes it easier to ground any company operations based on its set standards.

Strictness applies at all levels, in order for the standards to be adhered to. Culture that is not benefiting the society at large should be eliminated with an aim of improving the air standards without any segregation. As a matter of fact, consistency to the set pollution data should be embraced to achieve a highly responding pattern for the future improvement on the basis of straightforwardness. The position of a state agency shall not deter it from achieving its goals now that it has a competitive edge in achieving its goals. The ability of the soldier to achieve high air quality standards without any deterrence thereby depicts the agency from an integral perspective in eliminating the culture of air pollution.
