The diversity of patients and nurses plays a very important role in the life of a leader. For instance it teaches a leader to appreciate culture and the existing different ethnic values. It enables one to appreciate others in their own differences and capabilities. The blending of the values and skills of all these diverse people give birth to an excellent work.
