I am a director assistant at my father’s company called “W”. My main responsibility is to supervise the construction process and to make sure that everything goes on as planned. This job has helped me a lot in many ways.

First of all, I think that it has helped me grow as a person, because it teaches me how to be responsible and dependable. Secondly, I feel that I am a bit ahead of my colleagues at college because by having this job, I learn much more than what professors teach in class. However, I do not mean that I learn exactly what they teach, but rather useful information that I may use further on in my life.

Apart from the obviously important knowledge that I have gathered from my job as a director assistant, I feel that I now know exactly what I want for my professional future. I find it very rewarding to be between the leaders of a successful company and to have many responsibilities as well as many accomplishments. I feel that I will be happy if I will be able to occupy a similar or more demanding post, because I think that I am suitable for this type of job. To conclude, I believe that this job has helped me figure out what I want to do next with my life, and it has also aided me think more open-mindedly and with more maturity.
