According to Mintzberg, innovation goes hand in hand with risk taking. President Obama’s administration should not down the offer to set up an oil pipeline stretching from Canada to the United States, as this is seen as a move to hold to the old principles at a time unemployment; is at its highest owing to lack of a strong strategic setup.
Strategy is a set of prearranged plans that are targeted at achieving a certain set of goals. Goals are achievable through continuous and consistent plans under unwavering and determined leadership. The protests leading to President Mubarak’s resignation were well-planned, and were achieved because of consistency and adherence to the set models for peaceful protests. According to the 5 P’s model, it is evident that a solid plan was implemented to achieve President Mubarak’s resignation. Unlike their Syrian counterparts, who acted under euphoria, they were fuelled by the urge to achieve sudden resignation of resident Bashar al-Assad as their success objective.

To undertake such a decision, the control agency must stipulate its own agreed minimum standards that should be met by all manufacturing companies registered under its umbrella. Therefore, a database of all poison emitting manufacturers must be put in place before executing any action. The ploy is that the government agencies are at an advanced stage of influence, thus this makes it easier to ground any company operations based on its set standards.
Strictness applies at all levels, in order for the standards to be adhered to. Culture that is not benefiting the society at large should be eliminated with an aim of improving the air standards without any segregation. As a matter of fact, consistency to the set pollution data should be embraced to achieve a highly responding pattern for the future improvement on the basis of straightforwardness. The position of a state agency shall not deter it from achieving its goals now that it has a competitive edge in achieving its goals. The ability of the soldier to achieve high air quality standards without any deterrence thereby depicts the agency from an integral perspective in eliminating the culture of air pollution.
